Yunnan Flowering Tea
watch as hand-crafted "rose" unfolds = blossoms in hot water!

In the highlands of Yunnan province, during April-March, the most tender First Flush shoots are cleverly fashioned into "Tea Roses". When water is added, they magically unfold - just like a blossom. These exquisite Tea Roses can be infused several times without becoming bitter; a light greenish color in the cup. Multiple infusions are possible.
WSL: This blossoming tea will be DISCONTINUED when quantity-on-hand is exhausted.

Preparation: One tea rose per 8 oz cup of water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Ready to drink after being steeped for 3 minutes.
