Masala Indian Tea Spices

Limited Quantity: WSL
This is the staple ground spice blend for exotic cuisine. An excellent addition to teas, this blend is also suitable for cooking and baking. A blend of ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, and nutmeg. The tasty spice is as welcome in the cup as in a curry. Add this to your favorite hearty Black Tea along with milk for your own version of Masala Chai.
WSL: These spices will be DISCONTINUED when quantity-on-hand is exhausted.

Preparation: According to taste, add a good pinch of the Masala mixture to a cupful of strong black tea (e.g. Assam or Breakfast Blends). Stir well and add whole milk.
