Ingredients: organic rooibos, natural flavor and sunflower petals.
Suggested steeping: 1 teaspoon (2.5 to 3 grams) tea leaves to 8 ounces water at a rolling boil (212°F). Steep 5 to 7 minutes, or to taste. Remove/strain rooibos leaves from beverage. Add sweetener and/or milk if desired---feel free to explore on your tea journey!
