Naturally caffeine-free. Chocolate and mint blend with rooibos, also known as red bush tea, from South Africa to produce a rich, aromatic brew. Ingredients: “red bush tea” (rooibos), cacao, mint, and natural flavor.

Preparation Guidelines
3g (1 teaspoon) per 8 oz. water, boiling or just-under boiling: 180-190°F (82-88°C), according to preference. Allow to steep 4-6 minutes, to taste.
