Keemun Black Tea

Keemun Black Tea

Keemun black tea comes from Quien in Anhui Province of China. Keemun was first produced in 1875.  It has long been recognized as one of the great black teas of the world. Keemun has a natural sweetness and the wonderful aroma of the dry leaf is only enhanced once the leaves have been steeped. A marvelously bold cup.

Ingredients: Black tea.

Suggested steeping: 1 teaspoon or 3 grams dry tea leaves to 8 ounces water, 200°F to boiling. Steep 4.5 to 5 minutes, or to taste. Remove leaves. Add sweetener and milk to taste. Enjoy.
