Orange Oolong
Oolong is good to infuse multiple times! Try it!
Ingredients: Chinese dark Oolong, dried orange pieces, orange essence.
Sweet, satisfying, medium body, equally perfect hot or iced.

3g (1 teaspoon) per 8 oz. water.

Heat to just below boiling: 180-190°F (82-88°C).
|
|
|
Add heated water. Allow to steep 4 minutes, or to taste.
|
|
|
Remove leaves to drink--Set aside leaves to re-infuse if desired.
