The USDA Certified Organic leaf Pu'erh tea has the body and character of black tea but its the medicinal properties that are thought to be present that set it apart.

In China this tasty tea has long been used as a powerful digestive aid and natural detoxifier. But even more remarkable is the suggested cholesterol lowering benefits that have been experienced by so many.

If you like a strong, pungent cup, you can steep pu'erh tea up to 6 minutes, but if you exceed 6 minutes, it may become very bitter.

(Caffeine)
Preparation Guidelines
3g (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8oz boiling water. Allow to steep 4-5 minutes.
Pu'erh tea can handle up to 6 minutes of steeping, but try not to exceed or you may have a very bitter cup.
