Reminiscent of Autumn, of Thanksgiving, and of Christmas holidays, the Pumpkin Spice scone need not be limited to those seasons. Drink a chilled glass of apple cider in place of a mug of hot cider, or just bask in remembered sensations as you sip your tea and nibble on the Pumpkin Spice scone. Add the usual butter and buttermilk, and also some canned pumpkin to this mix. (Net weight 1 lb 4.64oz makes 16 large scones per large bag)

Not baking for a crowd right now? The wonderful thing about these mixes is that you can make up the dough, freeze individual scones so they are ready to bake, and then bake only as many as needed, when needed!
